Delivery is included

Every price on GiftRoam includes delivery to the selected country. There are no separate shipping fees, customs charges or handling fees for the buyer.

Processing cutoff

Orders confirmed before 9:00 AM US Eastern time begin processing the same business day. Orders after the cutoff begin the next business day. Delivery estimates count business days from that start.

Delivery windows

Each gift shows an estimated window for the destination. Windows are estimates from our local partners, not guarantees. If you choose a specific date we will aim for it and tell you before payment if it isn't achievable.

Weekends and holidays

Weekend and public-holiday delivery is limited by region. During Nov 15 – Jan 7 please allow an extra day.

Addresses

We deliver to street addresses only — no P.O. boxes. Hotel deliveries go to the front desk; include the guest name and stay dates. Recipient phone is required so the courier can coordinate delivery.

Failed delivery

If a recipient is unavailable, the courier will attempt contact and re-delivery where possible. Perishable gifts may be left with a neighbour or reception if safe to do so.
